Product Description

Citadel Layer Ulthuan Grey is a pale, slightly warm grey named for Ulthuan, the island continent of the High Elves - home of the White Lions, the Phoenix Guard and the armies that march under the banner of the Phoenix King. It occupies the near-white end of the grey spectrum, used primarily for highlighting white armour without going pure white, and for adding definition to pale robes and cloth where a very pale grey provides subtle depth without reading as a colour.

Apply over Corax White or White Scar on High Elf and Lumineth white armour, adding subtle shadow definition to raised surfaces before pure White Scar highlights at the very tips. Works for Stormcast Eternals white cloth and purity seals, for the pale grey fur of winter wolves and arctic creatures, and for adding definition to white robes on any model where the cloth should have subtle texture rather than flat white. A small amount goes a long way at this pale end of the range.
